behavioral EVALUATIONS
We offer behavioral evaluations to familiarize ourselves with your training goals and determine the best program for your needs. Please complete and submit the Evaluation Questionnaire to request an appointment. We will contact you once we received your form to schedule the in-person evaluation. Evaluations last about an hour and include a copy of our book, "Lead or Be Led 2.0" and training tips to get you started.
A deposit of $100 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog will be required at the time of scheduling the evaluation appointment. The deposit pays the full cost of the evaluation and is refundable if canceled seven days or more prior to the appointment.
Please complete and submit the completed questionnaire to info@acanine.com to request an appointment. The evaluation can be downloaded below, completed via the A Canine Experience phone app, or you can request it be e-mailed to you.
