Introduction to Training a Personal Diabetes Alert Dog Seminar - Feb 10 - 1pm - 2pm – Saturday - $0
Are you or a family member faced with the challenges of living with diabetes? Diabetic Alert Dogs are trained to alert diabetic owners in advance of low (hypoglycemia) or high (hyperglycemia) blood sugar events before they become dangerous. This gives owners time to take steps to return their blood sugar to normal. Diabetic Alert Dogs are specifically trained to react to the chemical changes produced by blood sugar highs and lows allowing diabetics to lead a more confident and independent lifestyle. Join our free seminar to learn about the process of teaching your own DAD (Diabetes Alert Dog).
